With the upload of parallel 20161222-1
(https://tracker.debian.org/news/828794) there seems to be a nice
solution to have parallel and moreutils installed at the same time:

% ls -la /usr/bin/parallel*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 326415 Dec 31 2016 /usr/bin/parallel
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 14736 Jan 1 2017 /usr/bin/parallel.moreutils
% dpkg -S /usr/bin/parallel*
diversion by parallel from: /usr/bin/parallel
diversion by parallel to: /usr/bin/parallel.moreutils
parallel, moreutils: /usr/bin/parallel
diversion by parallel from: /usr/bin/parallel
diversion by parallel to: /usr/bin/parallel.moreutils

I think this bug report can be closed, leaving this for/to the package
maintainer though.
