Dear maintainer,

    As I wrote in my previous e-mail:

    The client computer that suddenly couldn't use pop3s anymore is a Windows
system. I turns out that that system required an explicit update and some
registry manipulations to enable TSL 2.0. Once that was realized everything
worked again as usual.

    As this solves the problem, and also clarifies what caused it, I hereby
request you to close or drop my bug report.
