Remaining is: - actually upload the gnome-pkg-tools change to the archive. - rebuild startup-notigfication package (and any other package where he might still be in uploaders of via @GNOME_TEAM@). Once that's done he should no longer be part of uploaders. The same scheme is used by all pkg-gnome team maintained packages and thus dropping someone can be handled centrally in gnome-pkg-tools package (unless they've hard-coded themselves into Uploaders field).
