Builds of registration-agent have been failing on architectures with
old versions of libresiprocate-1.11-dev (so far, the non-release
architectures powerpc and sparc; all release architectures should be
OK here):

not declared in this scope

/«PKGBUILDDIR»/registrationAgent.cxx:183:10: error: 'mainLoop' was not
declared in this scope
It looks like you have a versioned B-D on libresiprocate-1.11-dev in
an attempt to avoid this situation, but accidentally left off the
epoch ("1:"), so old versions wind up qualifying. Could you please
account for the epoch?
