Hi Bill, Do you still have your crash at boot ? Because i had the same problem than you with my Desktop (Ryzen Rx1700 + AMD Rx560) and the solution that i found is to add this option in the Xen Grub command line : iommu=dom0-passthrough.
With it, my Dom0 boot correctly. Cheers, Maxime
