Package: python-twisted-conch
Version: 1:0.6.0-4
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 3.9

python-twisted-conch installs a /usr/bin/cftp -> cftp2.3 symlink and a
/usr/share/man/man1/cftp.1.gz -> cftp2.3.1.gz symlink as a manpage to
cftp. The second symlink directly conflicts with the manpage from
stable's
cftp package and prevents python-twisted-conch from being installed when cftp is
already installed. Since cftp ships /bin/cftp instead of /usr/bin/cftp,
the symlink for the command doesn't cause a direct conflict, but letting
the symlink as is would rely on what seems to be a bug in cftp, and still be a
policy violation anyway.

The problem is present in 1:0.6.0-4 and 1:0.6.0-2 but absent in 2.0.1-5,
so has presumably been introduced when the package started being built
from the twisted-conch source package.
