I guess this wont be a Debian specific problem. But could you please check if this problem is also existing in packages from Mozilla. https://www-dev.allizom.org/en-US/thunderbird/ And as we can't write or understand japanese language at all could report this issue afterwards on the Mozilla bugtracker?
