Dear Maintainer,

From the newer version of biboumi, it needs /var/lib/biboumi directory
to be existing to start the service. This probably changed during version
5.0 or 6.0 (not sure which exactly as I found issue in 6.0).

Please create /var/lib/biboumi during package installation which should be
owned by nobody and nogroup.

For your information, this is new in version 6.0, because the support for the database has been enabled in debian only in that version because the dependencies have been lightened (it previously required litesql, which is not packaged anywhere, now it only depends on sqlite3, which is a very light dependency that can already be found in debian).

However, by default (if the option db_name is not set in the biboumi.cfg file), biboumi will try to open (or create) the database file  $XDR_DATA_HOME/biboumi.sqlite or $HOME/.config/biboumi/biboumi.sqlite if XDR_DATA_HOME is not defined.

You also have to make sure the path is correct, somehow.
