Bug#879253: libicap1: should be “Section: libs”

Dear Maintainer,

The package ‘libicap1’ primarily installs a shared library dependency
for programs.

Please set the field “Section: libs” on the binary package ‘libicap1’.


First, since the package is already in Debian with a different
section, you need to submit a request to override the existing section
<URL:https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/ch05.en.html#override-file>.

Then mark that new bug report as blocked by this one, so that the FTP
masters are notified when the Section field is corrected by closing
this report.
