Package: fp-utils-3.0.0 Version: 3.0.0+dfsg-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? I have installed texlive-latex-recommended and fp-utils-3.0.0. Files lstlang[123].sty are installed by both packages in different destinations, however, ones that are brought by fp-utils-3.0.0 are older, but are found first in TeX path (I use pdflatex). I was trying to get 'bash' syntax highlight, but it is not found in lstlang1.sty of fp-utils-3.0.0. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I have removed fp-utils-3.0.0, that solved the problem. * What was the outcome of this action? TeX document compiled successfully. * What outcome did you expect instead? I expected 'bash' syntax highlight coming from texlive-latex-recommended. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers xenial-updates APT policy: (500, 'xenial-updates'), (500, 'xenial-security'), (500, 'xenial'), (100, 'xenial-backports') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.10.0-35-generic (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages fp-utils-3.0.0 depends on: ii fpc-source-3.0.0 3.0.0+dfsg-2 ii libc6 2.23-0ubuntu9 Versions of packages fp-utils-3.0.0 recommends: ii fp-compiler-3.0.0 3.0.0+dfsg-2 fp-utils-3.0.0 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
