Builds of apulse for hurd-i386 and kfreebsd-* (admittedly not release
architectures) have been failing:

  /<<BUILDDIR>>/apulse-0.1.10+git20171108-gaca334f/src/trace.c:43:97: error: 
'__NR_gettid' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean '__getpgid'?

Given that these architectures lack native ALSA support anyway, I'd
suggest simply declaring Architecture: linux-any here.  FTR, though,
you can find my latest advice on what to use instead of (__NR_)gettid
on these architectures at
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=880851.

Could you please take a look?
