I’ve configured your sync script and it’s been operational on our side, however
the status still indicates the error “site trace: Not Found”
Can you advise?

Please use our ftpsync script to mirror Debian.
It should produce the trace files we require, and do the mirroring in a way
that ensures the mirror is in a consistent state even during updates.
