G-v-m seems to get confused when mounting disks with many partitions. I have an
external USB hard drive with two partitions, which g-v-m tries to mount as soon
as the disk is plugged in. Now, several things can happen: both partitions are
mounted under their respective mount points (usbdisk and usbdisk-1 in /media),
only one gets mounted, or both get mounted but the mount points are reversed.

This is a regression, as older versions didn't exhibit this buggy behavior; the
partitions were always mounted at the same mount points. I think this started
with the hal something/d-bus 0.60/GNOME 2.12 update.

Here's what g-v-m logs for a case where the moint points are reversed and only
one partition gets mounted:

[The disk is found...]
manager.c/1425: New Device:
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/storage_model_OneTouch_II

[but it's not mountable]
manager.c/1431: not a mountable volume:
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/storage_model_OneTouch_II

[the second partition is found...]
manager.c/1425: New Device:
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_part2_size_3915233280

[and mounted under usbdisk]
manager.c/1127: mounting
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_part2_size_3915233280...
manager.c/568: executing command: /usr/bin/pmount-hal
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_part2_size_3915233280

[the first partition is found...]
manager.c/1425: New Device:
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_uuid_df3c7c58_063f_45e1_abdf_6c5364ec16c2

[and mounted under usbdisk (again?)...]
manager.c/1127: mounting
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_uuid_df3c7c58_063f_45e1_abdf_6c5364ec16c2...
manager.c/568: executing command: /usr/bin/pmount-hal
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_uuid_df3c7c58_063f_45e1_abdf_6c5364ec16c2

[uhm?]
manager.c/1588: Mounted:
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_part2_size_3915233280

[so it fails (the following is translated back from Spanish)]
Error: directory /media/usbdisk is not empty
Error: could not run pmount

Volume_uuid_... is sda1 and volume_part2_... is sda2. The former used to be
always mounted under usbdisk and the latter under usbdisk-1. For some reason
property volume.policy.desired_mount_point is 'usbdisk' for both partitions, at
least right now (I don't know if that's changed).

Unfortunately some applications depend on absolute path names (i.e.
jukebox-like media players) and cannot work properly with changing mount points.
