Looks like this was fixed by https://github.com/matteocorti/check_rbl/commit/565c94383ecb1f3e569192fd4de2bfc08f7d7789 which is part of version 1.4.1 of the plugin we imported recently into out VCS. It should be available with the next upload to unstable.
