The same problem: compilation fails. If I use the dirty trick I sent you
in the las email I can generate "bcm43xx-module-xxxx" both with
make-kpkg and with m-a. I've not tested "debian/* directly" but I
suppose it would also work.

As I've told you, it works if I extend the preprocessor list of
directories to look for headers with the pertinent
'-I /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.15.4/...'
