The lack of failures is strange - does the original bug still exist? 
(beignet hasn't changed, but it might be elsewhere.)  Does 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/beignet/utest_run without OCL_IGNORE_SELF_TEST 
also report "self-test failed"?
