Thanks for this bug report! This is indeed very annoying. But even more annoying is the fact that it pulls in the legacy libssl1.0-dev: > The following NEW packages will be installed: […] > libssl1.0-dev And libssl1.0-dev is not co-installable with libssl-dev and hence upgrading KDE tries to remove libssl-dev which is inacceptable on a developer's machine.
