As the subject states, gajim needs to have setuptools installed to open. Without it, it throws a ModulenotFoundError. However, udner buster, it does not depend on setuptools; the latter can be installed manually as a workaround. Therefore, this dependency should be added. I'm having other issues with gajim once it's actually connected, although I don't believe this is related (rather, it appears to be an upstream issue).
