Can you please try the attached small change to testbrowser_webengine.py?
I thought that this flag is only needed on Windows, but who knows.

Also I think the url= is wrong, you should just pass the URL directly.

If that change does not help, then please try with these packages:
libqt5gui5-dbgsym libqt5quickwidgets5-dbgsym libqt5webenginewidgets5-dbgsym
libqt5widgets5-dbgsym

Also please let me know which Qt platform you are using (xcb or wayland)
and which graphics card/driver you have (I saw some graphics specific bugs
on upstream bugtracker).
