kdeinit5 (in kinit) appears necessary for the proper functioning of
okular; failing to have it installed results in errors like:
QXcbConnection: XCB error: 3 (BadWindow), sequence: 1506, resource id: 6295547,
major code: 40 (TranslateCoords), minor code: 0

kf5.kio.core: couldn't create slave: "Cannot talk to klauncher: The name
org.kde.klauncher5 was not provided by any .service files"
when trying to save PDF files.
Installing kinit fixes the issue. [This isn't a huge deal, because most
people with KDE desktops will already have this package, but it caught
me out, since I just use some KDE apps, like okular.]
The attached trivial patch fixes this issue.
