kdiff3 has libkonq5-dev as build dependency, although it is used only when kdelibs < 4.6 is found, as used by the old file manager plugin. Since src:kde-baseapps (currently building the kdelibs 4.x libkonq) will be removed within Buster, then this extra build dependency sort of blocks this. (Of course, switching kdiff3 to Qt5/KF5 would fix this, #583268, #801680, and #874949, but that's for another day.) Thanks, -- Pino
