Bug#887717: gimp: Detect freetype2 using pkg-config

Dear Maintainer,

The next version of libfreetype6-dev will *not* ship
the 'freetype-config' script or freetype2.m4.

Please use pkg-config to detect the freetype2 headers
and libraries instead.
