You can fetch it from the SVN repository of Subversion package and build yourself (or ask Aurelien) on kFreeBSD. This bug can be closed IMHO when 1.3.0-2 is accepted (by hand, as 1.3.0-2 was uploaded a _bit_ wrongly, the SVN team will realise).
