Control: reassign subversion 1.6.17dfsg-4+deb7u1

Based on other discussion in the bug, it appears to have been
subversion.

Neither of these examples reproduce the issue in 1.9.7-3.  I'm not sure
when it got fixed, but since it's working now I'm going to close the
issue.
