Package: docker.io Version: 1.13.1~ds2-3+b1 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
we had a look at https://success.docker.com/article/Maintenance_Lifecycle and noticed that the docker version in sid reached EOL. Our docker / kubernetes guy requires a newer version. I am reluctant to use 3rd party packages (the debian installation guide on docker.io does not even work for sid), that is why I would be really glad if there would be an upgrade soon. Please let me know if I can help building or testing a new version. I am happy to invest a few hours or a day into this. ~ Jan -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.14.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages docker.io depends on: ii adduser 3.117 ii docker-containerd 0.2.3+git+docker1.13.1~ds1-1 ii docker-runc 1.0.0~rc2+git+docker1.13.1~ds1-3 ii golang-libnetwork 0.8.0-dev.2+git20170202.599.45b4086-3 ii iptables 1.6.2-1 ii libapparmor1 2.12-2 ii libc6 2.26-6 ii libdevmapper1.02.1 2:1.02.145-4.1 ii libsqlite3-0 3.22.0-1 ii libsystemd0 237-3 ii lsb-base 9.20170808 Versions of packages docker.io recommends: ii ca-certificates 20170717 ii cgroupfs-mount 1.4 ii git 1:2.16.1-1 ii xz-utils 5.2.2-1.3 Versions of packages docker.io suggests: ii aufs-tools 1:4.9+20170918-1 ii btrfs-progs 4.15.1-1 ii debootstrap 1.0.93 ii docker-doc 1.13.1~ds2-3 ii rinse 3.2 ii zfs-fuse 0.7.0-18 -- no debconf information
