If this is implemented (which I think is a good idea), please implement it in a way that users of runit as PID 1 can also satisfy the dependency, eg. by making the dependency "runit-systemd | runit-any" where runit-any is virtual and provided by runit-systemd, runit-sysv, and users of runit-init can make it "Provides: runit-any" even if a runit-init does not come back to Debian.
