Package: libmdbodbc

Justification: renders package unusable
libmdbodbc's Conflicts: and Replaces: headers specify
libmdbtools (< 0.5.99.0.6pre1.0.20051109-2)
with a single <, which apt interprets as <= rather than <<.
Ironically, an upload with no changes whatsoever should work around
the problem, but you might as well fix the typo for sanity's sake.
