I'm pretty sure this is *not* a bug in wavesurfer per se, or at least it would be pretty horrible if every app needed to work around this individually ... But the best hint I could find of how Tcl/Tk deals with this was here: https://github.com/cpbotha/nvpy/issues/141#issuecomment-264427578 Sergei, is the patch there an insane way to deal with this, or should we actually apply that to the libtk8.6 packages we are shipping? Leonardo, could you confirm if changing that does indeed fix this for you with the wavesurfer 1.8.8p5-1 package I've just pushed out and tk8.6? Cheers, Ron
