Dear Maintainer,

I think until LXQt 0.12.0 nomacs has used "~/.config/nomacs/Image Lounge.conf"
for it's config, and I was able to set a system wide config under
"/etc/xdg/nomacs/Image Lounge.conf", and this is how I understand that it
should be.

Now nomacs uses "~/.local/share/nomacs/settings.ini" for it's config and I am
not sure about the system wide config.

Even if the name of the config file has changed from "Image Lounge.conf" to
"settings.ini", I think the correct location for the config should be
"$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/nomacs" for the user config and "/etc/xdg/nomacs" for the
system wide config?

Regards,
Robert
