Package: bibledit-xiphos Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
The package bibledit-xiphos works together solely with the former package bibledit-gtk. Bibledit-Gtk has now been removed from the Debian archive. Therefore Bibledit-Xiphos no longer serves any purpose. My suggestion is to remove this package bibledit-xiphos from Debian too. I am opening this bug in order to get feedback on this proposal. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.15.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages bibledit-xiphos depends on: pn curl <none> ii libatk1.0-0 2.28.1-1 ii libc6 2.27-2 ii libcairo2 1.15.10-2 ii libdbus-1-3 1.12.6-2 ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.110-2 ii libfontconfig1 2.12.6-0.1 ii libfreetype6 2.8.1-2 ii libgcc1 1:8-20180319-1 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.36.11-2 ii libglib2.0-0 2.56.0-2 pn libgtk2.0-0 <none> ii libpango-1.0-0 1.40.14-1 ii libpangocairo-1.0-0 1.40.14-1 ii libpangoft2-1.0-0 1.40.14-1 ii libsoup2.4-1 2.62.0-1 ii libstdc++6 8-20180319-1 bibledit-xiphos recommends no packages. bibledit-xiphos suggests no packages.
