Thanks for the bug report. What I'm seeing is that if I search (C-f text) and then terminate the search (ESC) the found text is highlighted. If I scroll to the next page and then back, it stays hightlighted. But if I 'H' then the highlight indicator gets a tiny bit smaller, but if I scroll to the next page and back the highlighting is gone.
This is a slightly more subtle bug.
