In contrast to the amd64 installer I am not offered the choice to install GRUB. On a system booting via UEFI grub-efi provides the boot menu to choose the operating system. Therefore on armhf and arm64 the package grub-efi should be offered for installation. Best regards Heinrich Schuchardt
