Package: libjpeg-turbo-progs Version: 1:1.5.2-2+b1 Severity: normal File: /usr/bin/jpegtran
On certain files, jpegtran emits "Invalid SOS parameters for sequential JPEG" and exits 1. This makes e.g. exifautotran fail, while jpegtran still writes the transformed JPEG data to stdout. ImageMagick treats this as a warning, and so should jpegtran, I'd say. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.15.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_NZ, LC_CTYPE=en_NZ.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_NZ:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages libjpeg-turbo-progs depends on: ii libc6 2.27-2 ii libjpeg62-turbo 1:1.5.2-2+b1 ii libturbojpeg0 1:1.5.2-2+b1 libjpeg-turbo-progs recommends no packages. libjpeg-turbo-progs suggests no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- .''`. martin f. krafft <madduck@d.o> @martinkrafft : :' : proud Debian developer `. `'` http://people.debian.org/~madduck `- Debian - when you have better things to do than fixing systems
