To see certificates installed:
# openvas-manage-certs -V

so I tried to find what command in post-install script could be:
kpc:/var/lib/openvas/CA# openvas-manage-certs -a
Existing certificate infrastructure found, aborting.
Use '-f' parameter to overwrite existing certificates.
and solved with
openvas-manage-certs -f -a
I don't know if it was a problem with my old certificates but you should
consider having the "-f" option presented in post install script.
