adolc fails to cross build from source, because it uses a broken, outdated, embedded copy of AX_BOOST_BASE (recorded in autoconf/ax_boost_base.m4). The actual problem is reported as #872256 and affects adolc due to embeddeding an outdated version. Please remove the embedded copy or update it and register ist at https://wiki.debian.org/EmbeddedCodeCopies. This bug report comes without a patch, because the actual bug is already fixed at the source. It might be sufficient to add autoconf/ax_boost_base.m4 to debian/clean to fix this bug. Helmut
