My workflow with virtualbox heavily relies on being able to save snapshots of running machines and then restore them on demand (much faster than booting!). Everything worked happily with 5.2.8-dfsg-10 (and 5.1.30-dfsg-1~bpo9+1). However since I upgraded VirtualBox to 5.2.10-dfsg-5 (resp. 5.2.10-dfsg-2~bpo9+2) restoring live snapshots stopped working. When I restore such a snapshot, i see a progress bar counting up to 100%, and once it has reached 100% i get "The VM session was aborted. Error Code NS_ERROR_FAILURE 0x80004005)" and the machine goes to "cancelled" state. Restoring a snapshot of a powered-off machine works fine, it's just the restore of a live-snapshot that fails. Downgrading to 5.2.8-dfsg-10 makes live-snapshots work again.
