With the upload of version 2.1.6+dfsg-1 of python-biom-format, the autopkgtest¹ started to fail with the error copied below. These test commands come from autodep8, but autodep8 isn't ready yet for the name of your module vs the package name. Until autodep8 is ready (patches welcome), please revert the change to use autodep8 for this package.
