Dear Maintainer,

Hello guys,

I would like to know if you have the possibility to add an unofficial patch in
"debian/patches".
This patch add the support for the AMD Zen (Ryzen) SMT/Hyperthreading.

Without it, if i configure Qemu's script / virt-manager processor option like
this :

    Socket = 1 ; Cores = 6 ; Threads = 2

CPU-Z on my Windows 10 VM return that i have 1 Core and 12 Threads.

This patch needs a patch applied in the Kernel. Fortunatly, this patch was
added in the Kernel 4.16 so it will be on Unstable soon (I hope).
