Its uncompressed size is 143360 bytes whereas the standalone copy at http://www.susqu.edu/brakke/evolver/downloads/manual226.pdf is 1385043 bytes, so only 10% of it seems to be available. The standalone copy works fine. The corruption appears in the original pdf manual from the upstream tarball, so I've cc'd Ken Brakke to let him know.
