Package: ruby-gitaly
Version: 0.99.0+dfsg-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Gitaly gem requires grpc gem in version 1.10 to work, but, deb package doesn't
force installation of this package.
In that case, ruby-gitaly is unusable.

Error message:

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "grpc":
  In Gemfile:
    grpc (~> 1.3)

gitaly-proto (~> 0.88) was resolved to 0.99.0, which depends on
      grpc (~> 1.10)

Could not find gem 'grpc (~> 1.10)', which is required by gem 'gitaly-proto (~>
0.88)', in any of the sources.
