I ran into this problem myself and found myself reading this thread. In message #10 Gregor Herrmann posted a link about the removal of the current directory in perl-5.26.
The solution to get it back is to add the following directive to the sql- ledger-httpd.conf file SetEnv PERL5LIB "." cheers, Tom Higgins
