The new header-has-overly-generic-name tag triggers on libbsd-dev, which is IMO a false positive. The libbsd-dev headers are namespaced under bsd/, so they do not pollute the global namespace. And this one needs to be named libutil.h because it's an overlay over the standard header of the same name. Thanks, Guillem
