When upgrading procps version 2:3.3.9-9 to 2:3.3.9-9+deb8u1 on Jessie via
apt, I incurred the following:

Setting up procps (2:3.3.9-9+deb8u1) ...
insserv: Service mountkernfs has to be enabled to start service procps
insserv: exiting now!
update-rc.d: error: insserv rejected the script header
dpkg: error processing package procps (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 procps
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

This can be remedied by doing the following:

 update-rc.d mountkernfs.sh defaults && apt-get -f install

This only occurs on my linux-vserver VMs. It may be an issue with the
custom vserver kernel I'm running. However, to determine root cause may be
beyond my skill set. If it is not due to my customer vserver kernel, it
will most likely occur on other paravirtualized VMs and containers.

Thank you,
