Package: crash
Version: 7.2.3-2
Severity: serious

After doing some work with using components to fix this, I realized that
crash 7.2.1 didn't have the problem because the orig tarball included
the gdb tarball.

Funny thing is that I downloaded crash 7.2.3 from
people.redhat.com/anderson and that version includes the tarball as
well. Would it be possible that Anderson updated that tarball, and the
orig that was uploaded to Debian was outdated?

Anyway, this is a serious bug and prevents crash from being built on
Ubuntu builders, for example.

This is a serious bug for Debian too, as Debian is not shipping the
entire source code anymore. The fix to Build-Depend on wget should be
reverted and the build should just not depend on wget.

As an update to the orig tarball would mean an upstream version bump, it
would be unfortunate to bump the epoch just for that. Maybe just doing
an upload with 7.2.3.1+really7.2.3?

Thanks.
Cascardo.
