Hello,
I really have no idea how this could have happened. I have just
installed libelementary1 1.20.7-5 for testing:

(sid)ametzler@argenau:~$ dpkg -s libelementary1 | grep ^Version
Version: 1.20.7-5
(sid)ametzler@argenau:~$ dpkg --listfiles libelementary1 | grep
'libelementary\.so'
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libelementary.so.1.20.7
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libelementary.so.1
