Are you sure? Since libfl-dev:native is not part of the build dependencies of src:pam anymore, I build pam_1.1.8-3.5.dsc and I'm getting: Merged Build-Depends: libcrack2-dev (>= 2.8), bzip2, debhelper (>= 9), quilt (>= 0.48-1), flex, libdb-dev, libselinux1-dev, po-debconf, dh-autoreconf, autopoint, libaudit-dev, pkg-config, libfl-dev, libfl-dev:amd64, docbook-xsl, docbook-xml, xsltproc, libxml2-utils, w3m According to that output, libfl-dev:native gets correctly translated to libfl-dev:amd64 Could you provide more details?
