Package: ubuntu-archive-keyring

The package that Debian calls "ubuntu-archive-keyring" is present in
Ubuntu as "ubuntu-keyring".
Unlike Debian, Ubuntu does not (and will not) have separate
ubuntu-keyring and ubuntu-archive-keyring packages. The reasoning behind
this is explained by Dimitri John Ledkov in this bug report:

As there is no likelihood that the "ubuntu-keyring" package name will
be needed in the future for a hypothetical Ubuntu equivalent of the
debian-keyring package, it would be desirable to eliminate this
otherwise needless naming inconsistency between the two distros.
(This report was motivated by a package install script, which normally
runs on Ubuntu, failing on Debian for this arguably trivial reason.)
Incidentally... this package could use an update!
