This is an old bug that has already been fixed.
Any system that started with version 0.120 (or earlier) and the default
configuration, and was then upgraded directly to version 0.123, 0.124,
or 0.125, will have missed the change to the default configuration that
was made in 0.121 (BUSYBOX=y changed to BUSYBOX=auto).
Upgrade paths such as 0.120 to 0.121 to 0.123, or 0.120 to 0.130
(jessie to stretch), work correctly.
Unfortunately there is no way to tell which systems were affected by
this bug, so the configuration will not be automatically reset to the
default.
