Package: screen Version: 4.0.2-4.1 Severity: wishlist It would be nice if screen could split out its utmp manipulation into a separate helper binary. That way, the main screen binary would not have to be setgid, and therefore the TMPDIR environment variable would not be unset for programs running within screen.
