Debian has 1.9.12~dfsg-2 in unstable and testing and 1.9.10+20150825git1ed50c92~dfsg-5 in stable. The kxstudio-guys set an epoch 2 to their package version, which makes their version always higher and preferred. But this version depends on libreadline6 while in Debian since stretch there's only libreadline7. So the easiest way to fix this would be to downgrade to jackd2 from stable if you are running stable. And you should consider to replace all packages from kxstudio with the ones from Debian. In most cases it's not the best idea to mix up distributions.
